Building a digital venture that scales is less about a single "big idea" and more about compounding small, correct decisions.

Start with the smallest useful product The first version should solve one painful problem exceptionally well. Anything else is a distraction that increases your burn and slows learning.

Instrument everything from day one You cannot optimize what you do not measure. Add analytics, error tracking, and product KPIs before launch — not after.

Architect for change, not perfection Modular services, clear API contracts, and infrastructure-as-code make it cheap to swap components when the business pivots. Perfection at v1 is almost always the wrong bet.

Hire operators who ship Titles matter less than shipping cadence. A small team of operators consistently outperforms a large team of specialists in the first two years.
